•	Core areas addressed

•	Act as the key change agent initiative of all GMSL citizen action, CSO development effectiveness, national development effectiveness, watchdog action on mega-scale projects, advocacy and advice on national policy and legislative exercises, creating linkages between key development players, media education, research on high quality development practices, strategizing holistic development practices, creating the enabling environment for optimizing resource management.


•	Specific activities to-date

•	- Convened the Public Campaign on Aid and Development Effectiveness (PCADE)
	- Engaged in the global policy debate on aid delivery from Paris to Accra to Busan
	- Created guidelines for CSO effectiveness as an independent development actor
	- Created the enabling environment for academics, CSOs, government, businesses and the media to work towards common and holistic development goals
	- Supported global CSO efforts to develop a valid outcome document for HLF IV in Busan
